Upgrade-stable extensions with ABAP Cloud
ABAP Cloud is SAP's development model for cloud-ready, lifecycle-stable apps, services and extensions. Custom code uses only released SAP APIs and extension points, and is built with Core Data Services (CDS) and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP). That keeps it apart from SAP code, so upgrades are easier.
ABAP Cloud is the development side of a clean core. We help ABAP teams review the custom code they have, decide what to keep, rebuild or retire, and build new extensions the ABAP Cloud way: on-stack in S/4HANA, or side-by-side on SAP BTP, which SAP now positions as part of SAP Business AI Platform.
