Manju Murthy
Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer
Manju has more than 22 years in IT, most of it spent helping electric, gas and water utilities modernize their customer platforms on SAP. His work covers SAP IS-U/CR&B, S/4HANA Utilities, SAP CRM and SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 (C4C). He has done client-side advisory and quality assurance, delivery leadership on customer re-platform programs, and solution architecture from blueprint through cutover and hypercare. Before Ziksatech, he held senior roles at a Big Four consulting firm and a global IT services company. At Ziksatech he leads operations and delivery, with a focus on utility customer experience, fit-to-standard design and data migration.
Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, and SAP Certified Application Associate for SAP Service Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud.
