Our team holds a key architecture role in an ongoing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation for a Northeast toll agency. The delivery is led internally by the agency; our specialists work alongside its delivery team, combining architecture responsibilities with hands-on implementation work.
Scope
Solution design, architecture and implementation across:
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
Outcome
In progress, not yet liveThe implementation is still underway and the system has not gone live yet. Our team continues to provide architecture guidance and implementation work toward go-live; production outcomes will be assessed after deployment.
This project experience reflects our team's contributions within an indirect delivery arrangement. The agency is not a direct Ziksatech client.
