Joule is SAP's AI copilot. It works across SAP's business applications and lets people ask questions and get tasks done in plain language. SAP also offers prebuilt Joule Agents for common processes, and Joule Studio, part of SAP Business AI Platform, for building custom agents and skills.
We help teams decide where Joule is useful in their own processes, set it up, and extend it where SAP's standard content stops.
